USC led the way with 3 Bubly Invitational All-Tournament Team selections, including MVP Khalia Lanier, while Florida saw 2 players earn recognition. Louisville and UCF each had 1 honoree for their efforts.
Lanier led USC to an upset of Florida on its home court, 3-1, with 14 kills and 2 service aces to kick off the tournament, then contributed a double-double (18 kills, 12 digs) in the Trojan’s loss to UCF, 3-1. She closed the weekend with 10 kills and 2 service aces in USC’s sweep of Louisville. On the weekend, she totaled 42 kills, 23 digs and 4 service aces for the Trojans.

True freshmen also showed out in the tournament, accounting for 3 of the 7 all-tournament team spots.
Florida’s Thayer Hall is living up to all the hype, as the kills leader (87) for the 3rd-ranked Gators through 5 matches this season. She has recorded 3 20-kill efforts and logged a career-high 19 digs in Florida’s win over UCF Sunday.
Freshman setter Raquel Lazaro has settled right in to a starting role for the 7th-ranked Trojans, who are off to a 5-1 start on her watch. She averages 11.35 assists per set and has tallied 261 total through 6 matches this year.
Freshman outside hitter Kristina Fisher has established herself as a key contributor offensively for UCF. She has started all 6 matches for the Knights and is second on the squad with a 69 kills on the season, good for a 3.29 per set average.

- Freshman setter Raquel Lazaro – USC: 121 assists (40.3 per match), 26 digs (8.7 per match), 7 blocks (2.3 per match)
- Reshirt sophomore right side hitter Holly Carlton – Florida: 29 kills (13.0 per match), 12 blocks (4.0 per match)
- Freshman outside hitter Thayer Hall – Florida: 46 kills (15.3 per match), 30 digs (10.0 per match), 5 blocks (1.7 per match)
- Senior middle blocker Jasmine Bennett – Louisville: 33 kills (11.0 per match), 12 blocks (4.0 per match)
- Freshman outside hitter Kristina Fisher – UCF: 43 kills (14.3 per match), 9 digs (3.0 per match)
