Class of 2020 recruit Chloe Cook has committed to the Campbell University women’s volleyball program. A 5’9″ outside hitter, Cook will join the program as a freshman for the fall of 2020 season.

A sophomore in her most recent campaign at Central Heights High School in Nacogdoches, Texas, Cook will progress to a junior for the 2018-2019 academic year.

As a freshman in 2016 she was All-District and the Class 3A Newcomer for the state. Then, in that last season in 2017, she was All-State and district MVP in leading her team to a 29-9 record and a league title. Statistically, she notched 363 kills, 128 digs, 87 aces and 44 blocks.

Additionally, Cook plays for East Texas Juniors. She owns a 9’9″ approach jump. Her recruiting profile via SportsRecruits can be seen here with videos of some of her action.

“All of the pieces of the puzzle just fell into place,” Cook told VolleyMob. “Coach Goral is not only a great coach, but he and his staff were very approachable, and they made me feel very comfortable communicating with them during this whole recruiting process. The academics (biology and violin) met every one of my needs, and I couldn’t be more excited to play volleyball there.”

Campbell also has a pair of class of 2019 commits registered in the VolleyMob Recruiting Database in middle blocker Melody Paige and setter Emily Mitter.

Campbell is coming off of a 20-12 record in 2017 in which they went 10-6 as a member of the Big South Conference before making the NIVC postseason tournament.
