Indiana Wesleyan earned a commitment from Bailey Green, a 5’4″ defensive specialist/libero from the class of 2018. As a soon-to-be high school senior, Green will join the team in the fall of 2018 as a freshman.

Green plays for Delta High School and Munciana Volleyball on the club side in Indiana. As part of Delta High School, she was a part of a 29-4 team last season that made it to the Indiana High School Athletic Association Class 3A State Championship. They fell just short in five sets, but will look for redemption in 2017. On the club side, Munciana has been one of the top clubs in the state of Indiana.

Playing in NAIA classification, Indiana Wesleyan was a power in 2016 as they strung together a 35-3 record before falling in the NAIA National Championship Pool Play round to the top team in the country, Westmont. Prior to last season, they won the National Christian College Athletic Association National Championship in 2015.

Indiana Wesleyan currently has four defensive specialists on its roster for the 2017 season. All four represent a different class, with one freshman, sophomore, junior and senior. That means one will graduate and give up their spot to Green come 2018.
