Currently a senior in high school, Springate plays for Allen High School in Texas. Her squad went 34-6 last season as they lost in the round of 16 of the Texas State playoffs and are currently off to a hot start in 2017.
On the club side, Springate is currently with the TAV Black 18 squad as she moved to the new team after spending time with the Excel Red team when she was 15, 16 and 17 years old. With her teams, she has taken home runner-up honors at the 17s National Division at Nationals in 2017 and the 14s National Bracket in 2014.
Beyond her team accolades, Springate earned recognition from her teammates and coaches as she was the Excel Co-Captain in each of her years with the club.
The Blue Devils Women’s Volleyball team has two setters and one setter/defensive specialist on the roster in 2017. One is a senior and will graduate by the time Springate arrives while the other two are a junior and redshirt freshman.
