With a lot to be thankful for today, there is a certain list of things that us volleyball players and fans are especially thankful for each and every day.
We’re thankful for…
1. Kneepads
To save ourselves from the pain of a bruised and skinned up knee, we have kneepads coming in clutch to save the day, time in time again.
2. Block Parties
Being able to celebrate a solid block with an old-fashioned block party is the perfect way to get the momentum of the game to swing in your direction.

3. Coming up with the perfect cheer
Having a bench that comes up with the most fitting cheer following any scenario of the game gives us a lot to be thankful for today.

4. Traveling
Heading around the country to play against some of the toughest and most challenging competitors gives us something to be thankful for because let’s face it, would we get to travel multiple times a year if it weren’t for volleyball?

5. A no-block kill
When your setter is so sneaky that she sets you up for a ten-foot line, no-block kill that drops everyone’s jaws mid-match.

6. A crazy cheering section
Having a dedicated and enthusiastic cheering section helps to build up a terrific environment to play the game that we love.
