Class of 2020 outside hitter Hannah Kinnison has verbally committed to the University of San Francisco women’s volleyball program.
A varsity member in basketball, track & field and volleyball, Kinnison is a junior at Prairie High School in New Raymer, Colorado. Last season as a sophomore, in her second year as a letterwinner, she logged 411 kills (5.6 per set) on a .263 hitting percentage according to her MaxPreps page.
As a freshman she had 378 kills (4.6 per set) and 145 digs (1.8 per set). That led to her being All-State Honroable Mention for Class 1A in Colorado.
On the club circuit, Kinnson plays with Norco Juniors VBC. She was recently with the 16 Black team. Video of her play can be seen below via YouTube:
Kinnison stands at 5’11” and owns a 7’8.5″ standing reach, a 9’4.3″ block touch and a 9’10” approach jump. Her player recruiting profile can be seen here.
San Francisco is off to an 8-13 season so far in 2018 with a 1-9 mark as a member of the West Coast Conference (WCC). They went 3-28 (0-18 WCC) in 2017 as they continue to build upward. Their current roster also features six players who can fill the outside hitter role, with one graduate and another junior set to depart prior to Kinnison’s arrival for her freshman season in the fall of 2020.
I’m so blessed and excited to announce that I have verbally committed to continue my education and volleyball career at the University of San Francisco. Thank… https://t.co/ZdJWBpyuZR
