Being an athlete isn’t easy. It’s a difficult life, and having the motivation to push you through the hard times and painful moments when you feel like giving up is absolutely essential. There’s a million different ways to sustain motivation, but in this video, I wanted to share with you my personal favorite method for keeping your motivation levels up so that you can keep on pushing.
