Class of 2020 outside hitter/right side/middle blocker Katrina Jensen has verbally committed to the Boston College women’s volleyball program.
Jensen will be a junior this upcoming school year at Great Oak High School in Temecula, California. As a sophomore she helped the Wolfpack to a 15-11 record with a 6-4 mark in the Southwestern Volleyball League.
On the club circuit, Jensen plays with Forza 1 Volleyball, most recently the 16 Under Armour team. Standing at 6’0″, she owns a 9’6″ block touch and a 9’11” approach jump. Video of her play from the Big South Qualifier can be seen below via YouTube:
It’s not the first class of 2020 recruit that Boston College has landed either. Joining Jensen is a setter from California in Sofia Lambros as a class of 2020 commitment.
Boston College finished the 2017 season at 7-23 overall and 4-16 as a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC).
