Class of 2019 recruit Jenna Curbis has committed to the Ball State women’s volleyball program. A 5’6″ defensive specialist and libero, Curbis comes from Illinois and will join the team for the fall of 2019 season.
A junior at Plainfield South High School in Plainfield, Illinois, Curbis recorded 161 digs (2.6 per set) this past season according to her MaxPreps profile.

Ball State is coming off of a 19-11 season in which they went 11-5 playing in the Mid-American Conference (MAC). They had four DS/L’s on their 2017 roster, but two were juniors who would be on pace to graduate prior to 2019.
Curbis also becomes the third class of 2019 commit for the Cardinals recorded in the VolleyMob database, joining outside hitter Natalie Risi and middle blocker Mykel Ivy.
