Colorado College Claims #1 Division III Ranking

In what will be the final rankings of the 2017 NCAA Division III season, leading up to the NCAA championships that are set to begin in just a matter of days, Colorado College snuck up into the #1 position. Following the NCAA Division III Tournament, the AVCA will announce their final rankings of the year. Colorado College took the top spot away from Wittenberg (#4) who has held onto the title for a large chunk of the season even after they posted two sweeps on the week.

Johnson & Wales, remains the only unbeaten team in the Division III rankings, as they slid into the top-10 this week.

Wisconsin-Whitewater fell back to #16 after holding the #9 position last week while Chicago plummeted to #20 from #15. Carnegie-Mellon also dropped this week to #9 after holding onto the #6 spot.

Entering the top-25 in the final week are Carthage at #24 and Aurora at #25.
