THE BIG MATCH:

#12 UCLA at #20 Hawaii – 11 pm ET

UCLA hasn’t skipped a beat after some big roster losses and earned a top-25 win over San Diego before they took down an upstart Marquette team yesterday. Now they go for another top 25 victory as this one comes on the road against Hawaii.

The Rainbow Wahine are looking to get off the schneid, as the tournament hosts have struggled to this point after faltering to Marquette in five and getting swept by San Diego yesterday. A top 15 win against UCLA would be a nice start.

OTHER NOTABLE MATCHES:

RV(#31) Washington State at American – 4 pm ET

American won 27 matches last season and made the NCAA Tournament and will be an interesting test as they host Washington State. The Cougars meanwhile try to score an early road win against a mid-major as they try to creep into the top 25.

#23 San Diego vs. Marquette – 8:45 pm ET

Marquette got their season started on the right foot with an upset of host-Hawaii for a top-25 victory. They fought hard vs. higher-ranked UCLA yesterday, but couldn’t score the win. San Diego also struggled a bit against UCLA but scored a win against Hawaii. The Toreros looked dominant in their sweep yesterday, as the winner of this may end up in the top 25.

BEST OF THE REST:

UC Santa Barbara at RV(#28) Baylor – 3 pm ET
