2019 6’3″ MB/RS Madilyn Cole Commits to TCU

High school and prep recruit Madilyn Cole has commited to Texas Christian University as part of the class of 2019. A current junior in high school, Cole will graduate in the spring of 2019 before joining the Horned Frogs later that Fall.

A 6’3″ middle blocker and right side, Cole attends Magnolia High School in Texas. According to her MaxPreps page, Cole hit just under .300 as a junior this season while notching two kills and a block per set.

On the club side, Cole plays with Woodlands Revolution Volleyball Club (VBC), specifically for the 17 Premier squad. The same club produced seven collegiate commits for the class of 2017 in addition to many more for 2018 and upcoming 2019 incuding Cole.

TCU is coming off of a 15-17 (4-12 Big 12) season in which they made the NIVC Semifinals in the postseason. The 2017 roster featured six middles and zero right sides, although two of the middle blockers are set to graduate before Cole’s arrival in 2019.
