Kellum, Deberg, Hans, Fuentes, Felts Earn SEC Weekly Nods

Florida’s Taelor Kellum was tabbed as SEC Player and Defensive Player of the Week after notching a career-high 12 blocks against Georgia and helping the Gators to two five-set wins to stay atop the league standings.

SEC Co-Offensive Players of the Week

Missouri’s Kylie Deberg led the Tigers in their two wins with 5.83 points and 5.00 kills per set along with her .353 hitting percentage. She also recorded eight digs and four aces this past weekend.

Texas A&M’s Hollann Hans averaged 6.50 points and 5.78 kills per set over two matches. She also registered 19 digs and five aces on the week.

SEC Defensive Player of the Week

Florida’s Taelor Kellum averaged 1.70 blocks per set as the Gators improved to 6-0 in SEC play with two wins this past weekend. She registered 12 total blocks in the five-set win over Georgia.

SEC Setter of the Week

Missouri’s Andrea Fuentes averaged 12.00 assists per set as the Mizzou offense posted a .340 hitting percentage over two wins this past weekend.

SEC Freshman of the Week

Tennessee’s Lily Felts averaged 4.00 points, 3.85 kills and 2.29 digs per set as the Lady Vols earned two wins this past week. She notched her second career double-double with 16 kills and 12 digs in the four-set win over Alabama.
