The top-two teams remain the same and undefeated after the first weekend of the NCAA beach volleyball season.
Reigning champions USC took on #3 Pepperdine and #4 UCLA, who swapped spots, in the first week, taking them out with ease. Long Beach State and Georgia State each moved up one position to #6 and #7, respectively.
After a tough weekend, Arizona dropped two spots to #8 after losing to #5 Hawaii and Arizona State, who joins this weeks rankings tied for #12. Also joining this weeks top-15 rankings is South Carolina at #15 after posting a 4-0 record on the weekend. Arizona State and South Carolina take the place of Tulane and California who were ranked #15 and #14, respectively. Despite a 4-0 first weekend, Stanford fell one position to #14.
