Fenerbahce Takes Gold At The Men’s Turkish Cup

Taking their third trophy of the Turkish Cup was Fenerbahce in a four set match against Halkbank, 25-23, 25-20, 15-25, 25-21.

Fenerbahce has won this tournament for the third time in their clubs history, the last time coming in 2011/2012 and the first occurring in 2007/2008. Their opponent Halkbank has won the competition five time, their last coming in 2014/2015.

Alen Sket led Fenerbahce with 21 points, while Metin Toy received MVP of the tournament with 19 points in the championship match.

For Halkbank, Ivan Miljkovic and Dick Kooy ended the match each with 20 points.
