FIMA & KhMOMM Win Men’s/Women’s National Titles In Armenia

The Armenian national volleyball championships have ended, crowning both a men’s and women’s winner in the 2017 edition of the event. On the men’s side, FIMA took home the title while KhMOMM did for the women.

The men’s side of the tournament featured a five-team bracket with FIMA coming out on top. Other teams in the pool that were valuable contenders were Artsakh and HAPH, but could not hold up to the strength of FIMA. Aram Melkonyan was named the MVP for FIMA for his strong contributions to the team’s victory.

For the women, Veronika Koshkaryan led the way for KhMOMM in their victory, being named the MVP of the tournament. Completing the podium on the women’s side were Njdeh in second place while Artsakh finished with the bronze medal.
