Georgia Tech is bringing on an in-state recruit for next year in class of 2018 outside hitter Gabi Dolan. Coming out of Westminster High School in Atlanta, Georgia, Dolan will join the Yellow Jackets to compete in the fall of 2018.

A 5’11” outside hitter at Westminster, Dolan was a varsity player for four seasons. As a senior this past year, she hit .260 on 3.7 kills per set to go with 2.2 digs per set and 0.5 aces per set according to Max Preps.

Dolan’s Hudl (recruiting) page with videos of her play can be seen here.

Georgia Tech is coming off of a 13-18 season in which they went 8-12 in ACC play and knocked off some top end teams such as Michigan State and Notre Dame.

They had four outside hitters on their 2017 roster and will be looking to replace one from the group in All-ACC starter Gabriela Stavnetchei at the spot, which Dolan will compete for.
