The NCAA has announced their selections for the 2019-2022 NCAA Men’s Division I-II and III Volleyball hosting sites. Long Beach State will take its first shot at hosting since 2003 for the 2019 championship, while George Mason (2020), Ohio State and Greater Columbus Sports Commission (2021) and UCLA (2022) will round out the next five sites.
Division I-II Hosting Sites
- May 2-4, 2019, Long Beach, California – Walter Pyramid (5,000 seats)
- May 7-9, 2020, Fairfax, Virginia – EagleBank Arena (10,000 seats)
- May 6-8, 2021, Columbus, Ohio – St. John Arena (13,276 seats)
- May 5-7, 2022, Los Angeles, California – Pauley Pavilion (12,829 seats)
Each of these school’s is no stranger to hosting the NCAA Tournament with each of them playing host to the tournament at least once:
- UCLA 14 time host (1970, 1971, 1975, 1977, 1979, 1984, 1985, 1987, 1989, 1993, 1996, 1999, 2005, 2013)
- Ohio State four time host (1978, 1983, 1997 and 2017)
- Long Beach State two time host (2001 and 2003)
- George Mason one time host (1990)
UCLA will throw in one more to their tally for hosting again in 2022, as they were previously selected to host the 2018 NCAA Tournament from May 3-5, 2018 at the Pauley Pavilion.

- April 26-28, 2019, Union, New Jersey – (Kean) Harwood Arena
- April 24-26, 2020, Dubuque, Iowa – (Loras) Athletic Wellness Center
- April 23-25, 2021, Rochester, New York – (Nazareth and Monroe County Sports Commission) The Shults Center
- April 22-25, 2022, Canton, Ohio – (Ohio Athletic Conference and Canton Stark CVB) ProFootball Hall of Fame Fieldhouse
Rochester has hosted two of the previous NCAA Division III Tournaments, with the last coming in 2016.
