With the match tied at 2, and the season on the line, the No. 18-ranked University of Michigan volleyball team pulled off a gritty win over host Pittsburgh (19-25, 25-22, 25-17, 21-25,15-9) on Saturday evening.
For the second consecutive season, the Pitt volleyball team (27-1, 15-1 ACC) clinched at least a share of the ACC Championship with a 3-1 win at Florida State (17-9, 13-3 ACC) Friday night at Tully Gym.
8th-ranked Pittsburgh, Miami, Notre Dame and Duke continued their upticks with ACC victories Saturday night. Clemson, Georgia Tech and RV Louisville also picked up wins to get back on track.

Following this week of action, 8th-ranked Pittsburgh and RV Louisville are share the ACC lead with 8-0 records at the halfway point. The Panthers are perfect on the season at 20-0, while the Cardinals are 15-4.

8th-ranked Pittsburgh continued its perfect season with a 3-0 victory over North Dakota in Pittsburgh, Pa., Tuesday night. The Panthers overcame the Fighting Hawks with a .364 attack percentage, while holding their opponent to a dismal .105 percentage.
The No. 6 Pitt volleyball team (17-0, 6-0 ACC) will complete a five-match homestand by hosting North Dakota (12-10, 4-2 Summit) Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Fitzgerald Field House.
It’s a 3-way tie atop ACC standings, as 8th-ranked Pittsburgh, Louisville and Syracuse are all off to 4-0 starts in league play heading into week 7 of the 2018 season. The Panthers are undefeated on the season (15-0), while Louisville is 11-4 and Syracuse is 8-4.
