  • The Trojans are the defending Pac-12 Champions.
  • Sixth-year head coach Anna Collier was the 2014 AVCA National Coach of the Year and has a 112-17 overall record with USC. She is the first and only collegiate beach volleyball coach to reach 100 career victories.
  • Seniors Kelly Claes and Sara Hughes dropped just one set in 2016 and finished 48-0. The duo is on an active 77-match winning streak dating back to April 2, 2015. They are the winningest pair in USC history with 96 all-time victories (3 losses).
  • Only four teams have ever beaten the Trojans in a dual: Pepperdine (8), Long Beach State (5), Florida State (3), and Hawai’i (1).
