After taking down South Carolina in four sets Friday night, the LSU volleyball team will take its momentum down to No. 1 ranked Florida on Sunday at 2 p.m. CT in the Exactech Arena.
The match between the Tigers (11-3, 2-1 SEC) and the Gators (10-0, 2-0 SEC) will be aired on SEC Network and SEC Network+ through WatchESPN.com and the app with Tiffany Greene and Missy Whittemore on the call.

Last Time Out
The Tigers put together a big road win on Friday night against South Carolina. LSU dropped the first set 25-15 but regrouped and came back to take the next three sets and claim the victory by scores of 25-17, 25-15 and 25-20. The Tigers were led by Taylor Bannister with a team-high 13 kills, but Jacqui Armer stepped up off the bench and tallied 11 kills with a .667 hitting percentage. Anna Zwiebel dished out 40 assists while Gina Tillisand Raigen Cianciulli registered 10 and 12 digs, respectively.
A Look at Florida
Florida is currently undefeated on the season at 10-0 and is ranked No. 1 in the country. The Gators are 2-0 in the SEC and are coming off a 3-0 victory over Tennessee on Friday. Six of the 10 matches for the Gators have been decided in three sets. Carli Snyder and Rachael Kramer lead the Gators’ offense, averaging 3.42 and 2.86 kills per set, respectively. Carolina Knop is picking up 4.86 digs per set and Allie Monserez leads the team in assists at 7.19 per set.
Team Notes
>> Tillis is getting close to 1,000 career kills. She currently sits at 950 with 50 left to go to reach the feat. She will become the 22nd Tiger in program history to reach 1,000 kills.
>> Among the league on the year, the Tigers rank sixth in hitting percentage at .243 and is tied for sixth in opponent hitting percentage at .184.
>> Anna Zwiebel ranks eighth in the conference in assists at 9.38 per set, while Raigen Cianciulli is seventh with 3.90 digs per set. Jacqui Armer is third in blocks at 1.35 per set, which also ranks 29th in the nation.
>> Florida leads the all-time series over the Tigers, 42-14. Florida has won the last 11 meetings.
>> The last time the Tigers defeated the Gators was on Nov. 13, 2009, which is the last time the Tigers beat a top-10 opponent.
