The first weekend of the 2016 Women’s NCAA Volleyball Championship tournament is completed, and with upsets (#5 Kansas losing to Creighton) and chalk (the top 4 seeds all cruised to the regionals with back-to-back sweeps) completing the field for the sweet 16.
User ‘Maatttt’ was in the middle of the pack after Friday, but a big day on Saturday pulled him into solo possession of the lead. Early contenders @ThanksSteven and Mike Mikolajczyk remained in the top 3, and in contention for prizes, just 10 points behind Matt.
Tournament, and Bracket Challenge, play resume next week when the Sweet 16 starts on Friday.
