Czech Republic To Use 14 Players From WL Roster At Euro Championships

2017 CEV EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP – MEN

The CEV European Championships are nearly underway, with the Czech Republic announcing their roster for the competition. Last year, the Czech crew finished in 13th place in the championships, winning over Slovakia.

Recently, the Czech competed at the FIVB World League, where they did not have the most impressive showing in Group 2, finishing in eighth place with a 4-5 record. Leading the offense for the crew was Jan Hadarava on the opposite side with 90 points on 75 kills, six blocks and nine aces.

Hadarava is featured on the Czech roster, along with Petr Michalek in the middle and Michal Finger at the opposite position.

The Czech are in pool B that will play their matches in Szczecin, Poland against Slovakia, Germany and Italy.
