The Florida State beach volleyball team will compete in its final fall tournament on Saturday (Nov. 4), returning to Tavares to take on Stetson. Play is scheduled to begin at 8:00 am at the Hickory Point Beach Sand Volleyball Complex.
Florida State has already started off its season on the right foot, sweeping all brackets at its previous two fall tournaments. The team will face off against a familiar opponent, the Stetson Hatters, a team it will have seen three times already this fall season.
Saturday’s tournament is scheduled for all day, and admission is free for all fans.
The Tavares Tournament will give the team one last chance to try different pairings and lineups with its 16 returners and six newcomers before the regular season begins in just a few months.
