As a freshman, during her high school season, Mruzik recorded 487 assists and 78 aces and was named to the All Catholic League Team as her side won a district championship.
Her Team Detroit 15s – red last year qualified for the USA Volleyball Junior Nationals Open Division, the top division of play, where they finished 4-5.
Mruzik also stars on her school’s district-title winning basketball team that finished 21-5 last season.
