George Washington’s Amanda Ault Resigns From Coaching Duties

The George Washington University Department of Athletics and Recreation announced today that Head Volleyball Coach Amanda Ault has resigned due to personal reasons.

A search for GW’s next volleyball head coach will begin immediately.

In Ault’s six years at the helm of the program, GW advanced to the Atlantic 10 Championship four times and amassed 20+ wins in three seasons. Additionally, the Colonials appeared in the A-10 Semifinals in three consecutive seasons from 2013-2015.

GW’s next head volleyball coach will be the 10th head coach in the program’s history.
