RALEIGH, N.C. – The NC State volleyball team will host its annual Red & White Intrasquad Scrimmage Friday night, Aug. 17 at 7 p.m., inside Reynolds Coliseum.
The scrimmage will give fans a preview of the 2018 squad, as the team will play three sets with players on each team varying by set.
Admission for the event is FREE with doors set to open for fans one hour prior to the match at 6 p.m.
NC State completed a record-breaking 2017 season during which the squad earned a program-best 15 ACC wins and compiled a perfect 10-0 mark in home ACC matches for the first time in program history.
Third-year head coach Linda Hampton-Keith and her staff led the Pack to the program’s first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2012 and its first-ever NCAA Tournament win, a 3-2 victory against Oregon State. The team was one of just three ACC programs to advance to the second round of the NCAA Tournament in 2017.
The Wolfpack opens its 2018 campaign at home as it welcomes VCU, the Atlantic 10 champion, on Friday, Aug. 24. First serve is slated for 7 p.m. from Reynolds Coliseum.
Single-match tickets are ON SALE NOW at the price of $7 for adults, $5 for youth (17 and younger) and $3 for groups of 15 or more. Children age two or younger will be admitted free.
Season tickets are also ON SALE NOW and cost $50 for adults and $25 for seniors/youth.
