As it will be the rest of the season, Week 6 is jam packed with Top 25 matchups as the best teams in each conference start playing head to head. Ranked and vote-getting teams will play 53 matches this week, with eight featuring two Top 25 squads.
No. 10 Nebraska faces two ranked teams in No. 4 Minnesota and No. 7 Wisconsin, both in Lincoln, while No. 12 Oregon hits the road for matchups with No. 14 Utah and No. 22 Colorado.
Kicking off the slate of ranked battles are No. 20 Iowa State at No. 9 Kansas and No. 21 Baylor at No. 5 Texas on Wednesday.
The attention shifts to the Big Ten and Pac-12 on Friday as No. 4 Minnesota looks to rebound at No. 10 Nebraska, No. 12 Oregon travels to No. 14 Utah and No. 6 Washington is on the road at No. 17 UCLA. Ohio State (2-0) and Michigan (0-2) face off in a matchup of vote getters.
The West Coast Conference gets its turn in the spotlight on Saturday with No. 8 BYU and No. 25 San Diego battling in a 3 p.m. ET matinee. Vote getter Washington State takes on No. 16 USC at 4 p.m. ET setting up an evening slate of three attention grabbing matches. First up, No. 7 Wisconsin is at No. 10 Nebraska and vote-getter Ohio State faces off with red-hot No. 18 Michigan State, both at 8 p.m. ET. A Pac-12 matchup between No. 12 Oregon and No. 22 Colorado checks in at 9 ET.
Sunday’s slate features three ranked/RV matches. At 1 p.m., vote getter Notre Dame will try to hold home court against No. 24 Florida State. A pair of Pac-12 contest follow at 4 ET: No. 6 Washington at No. 16 USC and vote-getter Washington State at No. 17 UCLA.
