A Spanish teacher and girls’ volleyball coach at East Robertson High in Robertson County, Tennessee has been been indicted by a grand jury on one count of especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, one count of unlawful photography in violation of privacy, one count of tampering with evidence, one count of sexual exploitation of a minor, 6 counts of especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, and 6 counts of attempted unlawful photography in violation of privacy.

31-year old Clifton Horn was booked into Robertson County jail early on Tuesday morning and released an hour later on $25,000 bond.

The school became aware of the allegations against Horn on September and 28th, and according to Robertson County Schools spokesman Jim Bells, immediately suspended him. Horn resigned his position effective October 1st.

Horn has been accused of hiding a camera in the girls’ locker room in 2016, according to court documents released on Wednesday. Prosecutors say he then tried to destroy more than 700 files from his phone.

If Horn were found guilty on all of the charges, most of which are felonies, it would effectively amount to a life sentence in prison.
