Ever wondered what it was like to be a member of the best team in the country, preparing to defend a national title?

Well, for two minutes and 2 seconds, you can experience just such a phenomenon, thanks to USC Athletics and junior beach volleyball player Jo Kremer.

Using what we can only assume is a video camera embedded into her forehead , in the video below, Kremer brings us a first-hand look at the team’s final preparations for this weekend’s NCAA beach volleyball championships in Gulf Shores, Alabama. From final training sessions in Los Angeles, to final pre-tournament preparations in Gulf Shores, Kremer gives a fantastic insight into what the culture is like when you’re playing at the highest levels of the highest level.

Kremer has spent most of the season playing with partner Jenna Belton at the 4 and 5 lines. They’re 29-4 as a pair in dual matches on the season, including 7-0 at #4.

USC opens their title defense in the first match of this year’s tournament against South Carolina at 10AM Central Time on Thursday. Follow all of the action on our official Tournament Central here.
