With 1 Week to Go Until Selection Sunday, AVCA Top 25 Holds Steady

The less than 1 week to go until the NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball Championship selection show on Sunday, November 27th, there was very little movement in the top 25 of the November 21st AVCA poll.

The top 10 teams were all of the same teams, though there was a little bit of movement after Florida lost to Missouri in 5 sets on Sunday. That win only jumped the Tigers up 3 spots to 22nd in the latest ranking, in spite of being in position to share the SEC title with the Gators.

There was only 1 change in the top 25 altogether – Ohio State, after losing to Illinois (RV), fell out of the top 25 while Washington State moved in at 25th place. Washington State is the only 10-loss team in the top 25 rankings.
