Syracuse Freshman Polina Shemanova Makes History Sunday

In Syracuse’s 5-set heartbreaking home loss to Florida State on Sunday afternoon, Polina Shemanova made history with her 30-kill performance. She is the first freshman in program history to compile 30 kills in a match and the first Orange player overall to register 30 or more kills in a single match since the 2006 season.
