Russian superstar Tatiana Kosheleva had a rough 2017-18. While playing for Galatasaray, she suffered a season-ending knee ACL injury against Igor Gorgonzola Novara in the CEV Champions League playoffs in March 21. Now, three months later, she was glad to to appear before fans in a workout video posted on her personal Instagram account showing that her recovery is going very well. She also posted a very motivational message to celebrate the fact:
“It’s time to reveal the secret. All the pain, heaviness, disappointment, failure, etc. In a word, all bad feelings and thoughts are only in our head! Want to feel good? Go ahead and do it! Want to be successful? Go! Work! Create! If you want to be healthy, go ahead and do it!! Want to be rich? Go! Set goals and reach them!! If you want to be the best, go ahead!! Again and again, go ahead !! All the answers, the secrets of a prosperous life is in ourselves, there are no impossible goals, there is only laziness and unwillingness!! So that’s what I mean.
Another stage of my recovery is over! I jump, move, my strenght has reappeared, the muscles have become even stronger and more stable! And this is a great feeling – to be pleased with yourself and the work done! Soon new victories and progress.”
Expected to return to full volleyball shape by August, Kosheleva has recently signed a deal with Brazilian club Sesc/RJ, where she’ll be coached by legendary coach Bernardinho.
