As expected with the national title victory, Nebraska earned the top spot in the final AVCA poll of the season, released Monday.
National runnerup Florida and semifinalists Penn State and Stanford rounded out the top four. Texas came in fifth after its Elite Eight finish.
The biggest jump from the Nov. 27 poll came from USC, which moved up seven spots from 14 to seven after making an Elite Eight appearance.
Illinois went from unranked to 17th in the poll, making it to the Sweet 16. Colorado (19) and Missouri (20) also earned spots in the final poll after Sweet 16 appearances.
