Elon Adds Tuesday Home Match with North Carolina

After matches against Duke, Kansas, High Point, and UNCG were cancelled last week due to Hurricane Florence, Elon University volleyball has added a match to its schedule and now returns to the court Tuesday, Sept. 18, to host North Carolina.

#12 Baylor Battles for UTSA Invite Title

It wasn’t an easy road, but 12th-ranked Baylor battled its way to a UTSA Invitational Tournament team championship with a pair of wins in San Antonio, Texas. The Lady Bears outlasted the Roadrunners in 5 sets on Friday and Virginia Tech in straight sets on Saturday.

Washington State Suffers First Loss; WKU Wins Tournament Title

Western Kentucky won its second straight tournament title, finishing 2-1 thanks to a five-set win over Northern Illinois on Saturday. Meanwhile, #18 Washington State suffered its first loss of the season, falling to ETSU in five sets.

Louisville Cardinals Fly by Chattanooga

Louisville earned a dominant home victory in straight sets over Chattanooga on Saturday afternoon to close out its nonconference slate. The Cardinals overcame the Mocs with a .396 attack percentage and 6-2 blocking edge.
