The competition will be held at Las Positas College from January 27-28, hosting the four west coast teams.

At the Premier Event, Academy United will be the hosts of the competition, who took second behind Blizzard at the 2017 NVA Las Vegas Showcase. The 2017 NVA Las Vegas Showcase was the opening event for the league that was announced back in November of 2017.

The schedule for the Premier event is as follows:

January 27, 2018

  • Sizzle vs. Academy United at 4:30 PM ET
  • Rising Tide vs. Blizzard at 7:30 PM ET

The format of the season sets up so the west coast team competes against each other while the east coast grouping of teams will face off during the regular season. There are a total of eight teams in the NVA that will compete throughout the allotted season. Come postseason, the top two teams from the east and west will come together in June to determine the league champion.
