Russian Men: Big Match from Kruglov Lifts Dynamo Moscow in 5

Zenit-Kazan and Belogorie still lead the Russian Super League after 11 rounds, but Torch is making a run up the standings and now standings firmly in third place. Seven teams are within eight points of third place as much is still left to be decided.

Match of the Week: Dynamo Moscow 3:2 Nova (22-25, 25-18, 20-25, 25-19, 16-14)

This was the only match of round 11 that took five sets to decide and could it have a major impact on the standings moving forward. With the win, Dynamo Moscow has moved to within one point of Nova, and now stands in seventh place overall. It was a tough loss for Nova who blew a two sets to one lead and could only muster one point for a five set loss.

Player of the Week: Pavel Kruglov (Dynamo Moscow)

Kruglov scored an impressive 30 points that included five blocks as he helped Dynamo Moscow rally for a five set victory over Nova.
