“The series was very balanced,” Strabag trainer Tomas Varga said. “(Slavia) is a traditional participant in the finals and always has the highest goals. They fought, had nothing to lose and risked, but we were (able) to cope with it. We wanted to play patiently, in a number of passages we were doing, and above all we fought. The fourth set we started well, but then we stuck in one position and we rushed for the result. I am very excited that we have won. Our players have shown that they can play volleyball even in difficult matches. We showed not only at home that we can play good volleyball.”
