“For my second professional season, I was looking for a team that would challenge me and make me a better player. Dresden fit perfectly. I have many friends who have already played here. Everyone raved about the club, the coaching team around head coach Waibl, the city and the fans. I hope I can contribute to a successful season in all competitions and make Dresden happy.”
Her new coach, Alexander Waibl, was likewise excited about the transfer:
“Amanda is a great fighter, as energetic as a three-way battery, very gifted in the libero essentials traits. She was able to gain valuable experience abroad in France and will quickly settle down with us. I’m anxious to see her when she actually arrives in Dresden and I’m really looking forward to working with her.”
