Both Brazil and Team USA are fighting for the top spot at the World Grand Champions Cup, as they each have two wins and seven points apiece. For Team USA, Matthew Anderson has been a strong front, putting down 47 points on 34 kills, four blocks and nine aces. His ace count puts him on top of the rest of the competition. The Americans are coming off a three-set sweep of France, with whom they struggled against all summer. Aaron Russel and Taylor Sander have also stepped up for Team USA, putting down 29 points each.
