VolleyMob Beach Pair of the Week: Horton/Luke, Florida State

This week’s VolleyMob Beach Pair of the Week went a perfect 6-0 in leading their Florida State squad to its third straight CCSA Tournament crown. Katie Horton and Hailey Luke were named as CCSA Pair of the Tournament for their efforts on Court 2, winning all six of their matches in straight sets, while facing five ranked teams.

Purdue’s Evans Earns Big Ten Medal of Honor

Ashley Evans, a setter from Liberty Township, Ohio, was named as a Big Ten Medal of Honor recipient. As a senior, she earned All-America and Academic All-America honors, becoming just the fourth student-athlete in program history to do so in the same season. Evans is the first Big Ten volleyball student-athlete to be named an Academic All-American three times.
