Storylines to Follow

Minnesota is fresh off a weekend of wins against the top teams in the country, taking 5-set victories from Nebraska and Wisconsin. Entering the tournament in the No. 2 seed, Minnesota is the team to watch after flexing its muscles against Big Ten powerhouses.

Battle of North Carolina. The North Carolina Tar Heels will face off against the High Point Panthers. The North Carolina teams will face off (appropriately) in North Carolina to see who can claim victory in the state.

The Conference Champs. Western Kentucky, Conference USA champ, and Boise State, Mountain West champ, will face off in the first round on Day 2. WKU is entering the match with a pristine 14-0 record at No. 20 in the country. Boise State is 16-2 for the season.
