Cal State San Bernardino strengthened its hold on the AVCA Division II Poll top ranking with a pair of wins this weekend against UC San Diego (3-2) and Cal State San Marcos (3-0). The Coyotes, who are on a 14-match win streak and 18-1 overall, collected 35 of 47 1st place votes and 1,170 points in Week 7 rankings.
Oregon was the biggest mover of the week, climbing six spots to No. 14 after knocking off #17 UCLA and #12 USC. Arizona State claimed the No. 25 spot, its first ranking since being tabbed as No. 24 in the Nov. 16, 2015 poll.

Ali Bastianelli and Illinois are the Big Ten’s top-ranked team by RPI at #3, in spite of their loss to Nebraska last week.
Cal State San Bernardino became the 5th program to earn a No. 1 distinction in the AVCA Division II Poll release on Monday. The Coyotes, who were ranked 2nd in last week’s poll, collected 28 first place votes and 1,152 points to take over the top spot.

The top five held its ground in the AVCA Division III Top 25 week 4 poll released Tuesday led by No. 1 Calvin and No. 2 Colorado College. Wisconsin-Whitewater joined the poll at No. 25.
Concordia-St. Paul returned to the top spot in this week’s AVCA Division II Poll after being chosen No. 1 in the preseason. The Golden Bears, who are 13-2 on the season, collected 42 first place votes and 1,191 points.
