Teams from seven different countries make up the men’s quarterfinal field with top seeded Taylor Crabb/Jake Gibb and qualifiers Tri Bourne/Trevor Crabb highlighting the field. Both American pairs won their respective pools and claimed their spot in the quarters with tiebreak victories in Round 2.

Viacheslav Krasilnikov/Oleg Stoyanovskiy are looking for their second podium finish of 2018, while Konstantin Semenov/Ilya Leshukov are aiming for their second title of the year, following a win at the Mersin Three Star in May.
It will be an all-Russian final at the Yangzhou Four Star as No. 4 Viacheslav Krasilnikov/Oleg Stoyanovskiy and No. 5 Konstantin Semenov/Ilya Leshukov will battle for the top podium spot Saturday night.
The American women went 6-0 in Day 1 of pool play at the Yangzhou Four Star, while Ryan Doherty/Billy Allen were among the pool title winners on the men’s side at the Yangzhou Four Star on Thursday.
Men’s teams from seven countries, including two Russians, and women’s teams from five countries, including three Brazilians and two Americans, are through to the Yangzhou Main Draw after Wednesday’s qualifying.
Six of the seven teams that moved on to the quarterfinals on Friday won their respective pools. The lone exceptions so far are Brazilians Alison/Andre, who ousted third seeded Brouwer/Meeuwsen.
