2017 FIVB WORLD TOUR – OLSZTYN

With just 2 points remaining in the 2nd semi-final on Saturday at the Olsztyn, Poland 4-star tournament, American beach volleyball superstar Kerri Walsh-Jennings dislocated her right shoulder while diving for a ball. This was the same shoulder that she dislocated in 2015 that led her to have surgery.

With just one week to go before the World Championships in Vienna, this leaves Walsh Jennings’ status very much up in the air. She and partner Nicole Branagh have forfeited the bronze medal match, and will seek treatment in Hamburg, Germany this week before deciding whether to play in Austria.
