Beginning in just under an hour (2:30 PM U.S. Eastern Time, 20:30 Poland Time), Russia will take on Belgium in the first semi-final of the 2017 CEV European Men’s Volleyball Championship.

With Pieter Verhees available after an injury, Belgium has a lot of momentum heading toward this semi-final. They beat the defending champions (and World League champions) France in pool play. But Russia has momentum too. In 4 games at the European Championships, they haven’t dropped even a single set.
