Action starts early this week for the NCAA men’s volleyball Top 15, beginning with a Tuesday matchup between No. 1 Ohio State and No. 13 Penn State. Five other head-to-head Top 15 matches dot the 18-game slate. No. 5 UC Irvine and No. 9 Stanford will face off on Friday, lacing them up in Palo Alto, California, for a big top-10 matchup that has seeding implications on the MPSF tournament. No. 11 USC also plays two matches against ranked foes: taking on No. 6 UCLA on Wednesday and No.15 UC Santa Barbara on Friday. Two ranked teams are idle this week: No. 3 BYU and No. 4 Hawaii.
