Beginning on Thursday, the AVCA Top 15 teams will face off in eight head-to-head matches and 14 overall. The highlight of the weekend may be a pair of Top 5 battles between No. 1 Long Beach State and No. 3 BYU at Smith Fieldhouse in Provo, Friday and Saturday nights. No. 4 Hawai’i and No. 14 Cal State Northridge also will face off twice on the weekend, taking the court in the Stan Sheriff Center in Honolulu Friday and Saturday.
No. 13 Penn State also is set to take on a pair of ranked foes in No. 8 Lewis on Friday and No. 10 Loyola Chicago on Saturday.
