World Tour Finals Women’s Championship Moved to Sunday

2016 FIVB BEACH VOLLEYBALL WORLD TOUR FINALS

“Sunday” just got “Super” at the 2016 FIVB World Tour Finals in Toronto.

Already with a men’s gold medal match on the lineup, tournament organizers have rearranged the schedule to push the women’s championship match to Sunday as well, dubbing the day “Super Sunday” at Polson Pier.

Originally, the women’s gold medal match was scheduled to be Saturday. Now, however, the women’s semi-finals and bronze medal match will be on Saturday, and the championship is pushed to Sunday.

All matches have free admission for all fans, and the match is also being aired live on TSN.

Sunday’s Revised Schedule:

All Times Canadian Eastern Time (GMT – 5):

  • Men’s semi-final #1 – 10:00 AM
  • Men’s semi-final #2 – 11:00 AM
  • Women’s gold medal match – 12:15 PM
  • Men’s bronze medal match – 1:45 PM
  • Men’s gold medal match – 3:00 PM
