Some players present in Poland’s 2014 WCH champion team took to social media to celebrate their compatriots’ gold medal. Mariusz Wlazly, the 2014 WCH MVP, now 35-years-old and playing for Skra, was clearly one of the most emotional of them:

“WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS OF THE WORLD !!! It’s hard to get to the top!!! The team faced an uphill battle, but it arose and it became even stronger. For me it is a great happiness and I do not know how to describe the feeling, which is now in me. GREAT CONGRATULATIONS !!! FAITH AND FIGHT TILL THE END “

WIARA I WALKA DO KOŃCA🇵🇱🏐🥇🏆😁
